Listing and recapping the inbound stowage

The listing and recapping features in the XPS client play a significant role in the discharge process. For example, you can create live lists and recaps of all containers to be discharged and plan directly from the list or recap to the yard. You can also create lists and recaps of containers that require special handling, such as hazardous containers and flat racks.

With all lists in the XPS client, you can add, delete, and reorder list attributes (columns) and re-sort the list. For example, you can sort a list by type and show the discharge port, equipment ID, and current position. With recaps, you can arrange them to display up to eight attributes (columns). You could, for example, sort a recap by discharge port (Outbound Carrier) and equipment type. You can also save the filters that you use to create your lists and recaps for reuse, and you can print any list or recap, or save it as a text file.

For more information about lists and recaps, see Working with list views and Working with live recaps.
